Happy New Year!
Thank you for your continued support this year.

Today, we held our annual New Year's gathering for all VILLA agents, which has become a traditional event to kick off the year.

We rented out a popular wine bar and restaurant in Sakae-machi in Naha City, an area that has recently gained popularity for its delicious food.

On the day of the event, we had a gathering of all VILLA agents, including new agents who will be joining our team from January, a new part-time receptionist/administrative staff, and the Okinawa/Da Nang office general manager who is currently stationed in Da Nang, Vietnam. This included everyone from senior agents with over four years of experience at VILLA to new recruits and overseas staff from the VILLA Group in Vietnam.

As usual, the event extended into a second party! I, myself stayed at the party until 2:00 AM but started to get sleepy so I headed home. The remaining agents were still enjoying themselves singing karaoke.

The energy and of the VILLA agents is truly incredible.

We are also looking for new members to join our team of VILLA real estate agents!

This year, VILLA aims to continue providing our clients with the highest quality real estate and the most memorable service.
