• Villa and shopping center development in Diamond Head, Oahu, Hawaii.
• Resort development, redevelopment, and thalassotherapy center facility development in the wellness sector in Japan.
• Marketing planning, sales, on-site management, and CM in the construction industry.
• Facility branding for commercial facilities such as Shin-Marunouchi Building, Roppongi Midtown, WTC Tower, and branding and concept work for hotels including luxury resort hotels and wellness destination hotels.
• Development and operation PM for Danang hotels and spa facilities.
• PM and CM for new hotel construction projects in Okinawa.
• Development and operation PM for thalassotherapy center facility development in South Korea.
• Concept and operation PM for spa facility projects in the UK.

Currently, providing services such as CM/PM for the development of second homes, luxury villas, and small luxury hotels, brokerage, renovation, interior design, and staging in Danang, Vietnam, in collaboration with headquarters marketing teams and agent teams in Okinawa.

This year, 2024, will mark the 17th year of the VILLA Group's expansion from Tokyo to Okinawa, and the 10th year of Da Nang, Vietnam

Freediver AIDA 3 (currently 32m), scuba diving (open) surfing (from longboarding, recently trying mid-length and shortboarding, marathon is the 16th consecutive NAHA full marathon completed, Da Nang Marathon, Ho Chi Minh City Marathon), recently restarted golf (I haven't broken 100 yet). Visit museums, art galleries and church buildings around the world. My favorite architect is Geoffrey Bawa.
