Background & Interests
Originally from Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. After graduating from Keio University, he joined Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. (now Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.), a major Japanese real estate developer.
In the Solutions Division, he was involved in proposing strategies for the effective utilization of corporate real estate assets and managing redevelopment projects such as office building reconstructions. His first professional project in Okinawa was participating as a member of the project management team for the redevelopment of the Okinawa Cellular Telephone Company headquarters.
Later, he decided to leave his corporate career to pursue a long-held dream: to become fluent in English and experience living overseas. After spending two years in Australia studying English and earning professional scuba diving certifications, he relocated to Okinawa.
Upon discovering VILLA Realty Agents, he decided to return to the real estate industry. Today, he is (probably) the only real estate agent in Okinawa who can guide clients both on land and underwater.
Message
When I first came to Okinawa for work, I never imagined that I would end up living here for so long. However, once you experience life here, you quickly realize that Okinawa's charm goes far beyond its famous blue ocean and blue skies. The island's unique atmosphere, relaxed lifestyle, and welcoming culture create a sense of comfort that gradually makes it hard to imagine living anywhere else.
Okinawa is truly a place that offers comfort, enjoyment, and healing.
Having lived in Kansai, Kanto, and overseas, I understand the excitement and uncertainty that come with relocating to a new place. I hope to use my experiences to work alongside clients who dream of moving to Okinawa and help them find a home that will become a lifelong treasure.
And of course, life here is about more than just the home itself. It's about the Okinawa lifestyle that follows -- from delicious Okinawa soba restaurants, to the surprisingly vibrant café culture with great coffee, to hidden beaches, snorkeling and diving spots, and the charm of the surrounding remote islands.
My goal is to be more than just a real estate agent.
I aim to serve as your "Okinawa Lifestyle Concierge," helping you discover not only the perfect property, but also the rich lifestyle that awaits you after you move here.
